Previous Stages of Work on the Adopted Local Plan 2017

Submission and Examination

The Central Lincolnshire Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State on 29 June 2016 for independent examination along with all representations received and various evidence documents. As part of the examination, public hearings sessions were held in Lincoln between 1 November and 14 December 2016. Following the close of the hearing sessions comments were invited on the Proposed Main Modifications which were identified as those necessary to make the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan sound and/or legally compliant.

Consultation on the Proposed Main Modifications to the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan took place between Monday 23 January and 5pm on Monday 6 March 2017. The Inspectors' Report can be viewed below:

Proposed Submission Draft Local Plan

Consultation on the Proposed Submission Central Lincolnshire Local Plan and associated Policies Map took place between Friday 15 April and Thursday 26 May 2016.
