Adopted Local Plan

The Central Lincolnshire Local Plan was adopted by the Central Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee (CLJSPC) on 13 April 2023 and it now replaces the Local Plan adopted in 2017. The adopted Central Lincolnshire Local Plan and associated documents are available to download below.

Community Infrastructure Levy

The national ability to set a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) came into force in April 2010. It allows local authorities in England and Wales to raise funds from developers undertaking new building projects in their area.

Neighbourhood planning

If adopted, a Neighbourhood Development Plan will be a statutory planning document and the policies contained within it will be used, alongside the Local Plan and national planning policy, in the determination of planning applications.
