Executive houses at Nocton

Wellhead Lane in Nocton is currently a building site for 4 executive houses.

"They were started in May 2016 and anticipate completion will be February 2018. Many years ago the site was allotments for the village. Since then it has just been left and was very overgrown. It took one week to clear the site and the brambles were head height. The houses are built of Lincolnshire Limestone under a slate roof with Air Source Heat Pumps fitted. My dealings with Building Control has been extremely positive, very easy to book Inspections and all of the Officers are friendly and very knowledgeable. It is nice to know that I can pick up the phone and get expert advice from the office. All in all an excellent service." - Paul Goy, Stonewell Homes Ltd

St John's Hospital Site at Bracebridge Heath

The St John's Hospital site is an ongoing project in Bracebridge Heath. The project started in 2012 with a site strip and boarding up the 1000+ window and door openings.

"We are redeveloping the old St Johns Hospital building creating 64 houses and about 40 apartments. We are also building 3, 4 and 5 bed new build detached, semi detached and terraced houses. Obviously the landscaping is a part of this work schedule. We expect it to run another 3 to 4 years as we are building to demand which is moving well at the moment. I cannot fault Fred, Sharron or the rest of the team that we deal with. Always helpful, courteous and engaging. A pleasure to work with." - David Branley, Mabec Property
