On 3rd February 2022, following a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice, London, an injunction was granted in relation to land North of the A17 and East of River Witham, Beckingham.
This injunction seeks to restrict several defendants, listed in the Order, from carrying out development on this land with the exception of works listed in the Order itself.
