The statutory consultation period took place in 2014 after the Council agreed to undertake a major improvement project in Newfield Road, Sleaford.
We needed tenant views to help us make sure the improvements and refurbishments were what was needed. Tenants were given as much information as possible, and in return they provided a lot of opinions and ideas through one-to-one meetings with Les Ellington (Newfield Road’s Housing Officer).
In response, the Council’s Design Team came up with draft property plans and ideas about changing the street layout. Feedback sessions took place for tenants; residents; and stakeholders.
If you have any queries regarding the improvement project, please contact Les, who has been nominated as the Council’s point of contact during the consultation. You can call Les on 01529 414155 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
