If you are in receipt of a reduction to your Council Tax, and someone moves into the property you are responsible for, you must notify us within 21 days.
You can use our online form to tell us about someone moving in (please note that this online form is hosted on the City of Lincoln website as the two authorities work together to provide the revenues and benefits service in our area).
You will need to advise of the name and previous address of the person or persons that have moved in together with the exact date that they moved in.
Please contact us, quoting your council tax account number, either by using the online form, or by email or telephone.

If someone has left the property and you are now the only adult who has their sole or main place of residence at the property, you may be entitled to a discount.

If you are the only resident (over 18 years) living in your household please complete the form and return to the address shown on the form.
