The Secretary of State has now approved the North Kesteven Area of Special Control Order 2011.
The following settlements are excluded from the Area of Special Control:
- Bassingham
- Billinghay
- Bracebridge Heath
- Branston
- Heckington
- Heighington
- Metheringham
- Navenby
- North Hykeham
- Ruskington
- Skellingthorpe
- Sleaford
- Washingborough
- Waddington
- Wellingore
- Witham St Hughs
The certified Order is available on the downloads tab along with the maps which indicate the extent of exclusion within the parishes above. Everywhere else in the district remains included with the Area of Special Control.
