Open Space Land

Local Government Act 1972, Section 123(1)(2A) 

Notice is hereby given that North Kesteven District Council intends to dispose of the following area of open space:

• Land comprising 16.8 square metres at Field Road, Billinghay, Lincolnshire

Copies of a plan showing the approximate position of the affected land can be found in the download section. 

The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing by no later than 15th October, addressed to:
