Natural environment

How is NKDC helping biodiversity?

NKDC aims to support biodiversity and the wider natural environment across North Kesteven as well as supporting the natural removal of carbon from the atmosphere through nature-based solutions such as tree planting.

Getting out and about in nature

The Council owns and maintains a variety of green (and blue!) spaces across the district which provide a safe and welcoming space for both people and nature. Find information on some of the amazing places you can explore across the district to help you get out in nature.

What can you do to help biodiversity?
