Local Plan Examination 2016

The Central Lincolnshire Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State on 29 June 2016: Regulation 22(3) Notice of Submission.

Public Hearing Sessions took place between 1 November 2016 and 14 December 2016 and the subsequent consultation on proposed Main Modifications to the Local Plan took place between 23 January 2017 to 6 March 2017.

The Inspectors Report was issued on 10 April 2017 and concluded that the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan was sound provided a number of modifications were made to it prior to adoption, and that it satisfied the requirements of Section 20(5) of the 2004 Act.
