Our undertaking:

  • We will visit or communicate with all premises due for an inspection or intervention between April and March of each financial year
  • Respond to complaints concerning health and safety or workplace conditions within 3 working days
  • Respond immediately to fatalities in the workplace
  • Respond to accident reports according to HSE incident selection guidance

You can help us by:

  • Co-operating with any request for information to progress an investigation
  • Being prepared to allow time to discuss the outcome and recommendation arising from a premises inspection
