Corporate Plan
The District Council’s Corporate Plan sets out the vision that the Council and its partners have for North Kesteven and the priorities and resources that will turn the vision into reality.

The 2012 - 15 plan sets out to:
- Summarise the Council’s strategy, budget and performance framework for the next three years
- Provide actions designed to achieve the vision and corporate priorities of the Council
- Focus delivery throughout the Council
- Guide the Council’s work with partners to deliver a common purpose.
