Sleaford Southgate Regeneration
North Kesteven District Council has been working with partners for a number of years to develop a regeneration framework for the south-east quadrant of Sleaford. As part of this, consultants were employed to carry out a study on the Southgate area of Sleaford to not only identify key features of the town, but also generate ideas of how new developments can compliment them.

Two workshops have been held with local councils and landowners to gather their thoughts on what type of development they think would be suitable.

At the bottom of the page, under the heading of 'Attachments'  is a report that provides an overview of the whole study, including maps and details of a number of ideas that have been drawn up. It also has a map that is for use with the online survey.
