What do I do if my wheeled bin has not been emptied?

All complaints or queries about missed bin collections are individually investigated. 

To report a missed bin please telephone the Refuse Collection Hotline on 0800 174499 or use the on-line form below.

If the Council is at fault, and the missed bin is reported before 12 noon, we will aim to collect it that working day. Reports after 12 noon will be dealt with the following working day.
