Local Plan Inspectors Report

An Inquiry was held into objections to the Local Plan Revised Deposit Draft 2003 between 6 July 2004 and 16 May 2005. The Inspectors Report on his findings has now been published. The Report can be viewed via the attachments below.

The Council has since considered its response to the Inspectors Report recommendations. It has published and placed on Deposit its Statement of Decisions and proposed modifications to the Local Plan. On the 21 September 2007 the North Kesteven District Council adopted the North Kesteven Local Plan.
