Street Care and Cleaning - Flyposting

Flyposting is an illegal, anti-social activity that creates a negative impression of an area and contributes to people's fear of crime.

Under the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003, enforcement officers will either remove or cause to have removed any such posters in the District.  It is a criminal offence and economic penalties are set at a suitably high level to deter this type of behaviour.
