Sites and Special Projects Policy

The Council does not have a written policy regarding sites and special projects, but through the developers and Agents Forum and other contacts we offer a service whereby detailed pre-application advice is given. 

There is no set advice as each application is unique and will have its own set of deciding factors.

North Kesteven has a Principal Planning Officer who deals with all major applications. 

This advice is a free service supplied by Planning Services.
