Lifelines

A 'Lifeline' is a type of telephone that allows you to call for help, in an emergency, at the touch of a button. We also provide a pendant for people to wear around their home, which will also activate the 'Lifeline'.

When the red button is activated, the telephone automatically dials 'Lincare' our Call Centre in Lincoln. They will be able to talk to you and arrange for help. They will answer a call 24hours a day, 365 days of the year.

The 'Lifeline' uses your own telephone line, but you can still use your own telephone make ordinary telephone calls.

They are suitable for anyone who wants extra reassurance. Older people have the unit installed just incase they become ill and need assistance. People who live on their own have them so they can summon help at the push of a button.

If you would like to apply for a lifeline please fill in the form below "InternetapplicationLifelineAlarms".  If you would like further information, please contact our Lifeline Office on 01400 273025 or The Housing Dept on 01529 414155.
