Our Priority

• Work with partners to deliver affordable housing and endeavour to provide decent homes for vulnerable people

The Council provides a comprehensive housing service to its tenants, and members of the public.
 
The Council currently owns 3,805 properties.  The Housing and Property Services Divisions are responsible for all aspects of management including allocations and lettings, rent collection, repairs and estate management generally. In addition it provides housing advice to the general public and deals with homeless persons as well as dealing with applications for the Councils Shared Owndership Scheme and the Housing register.
 
We are keen to promote tenant involvment in all aspects of the Housing service.  More information about how to get involved can be found on the Housing (Tenants) page.
 
We also provide a "Hotline" for  emergency situations when the Council offices are closed. The contact number charged at local rates are 01529 308308.  If you are calling from Lincoln you can dial 01522 699650.

• Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm
• Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
