North Kesteven District Council is committed to the delivery of a quality Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit service to its citizens. The Council is committed to ensuring that customers receive benefits to which they are entitled and will ensure that benefits are provided to those in need.

However, the Council understands that some people may deliberately attempt to obtain benefits to which they are not entitled. We are committed to protect public funds and to ensure that benefits are delivered to those who have a real entitlement to them.
