Concessionary Travel - Bus Passes/Travel Tokens

From 1 April 2011, the responsibility for administration of the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme has transferred from the participation in District Councils in Lincolnshire to Lincolnshire County Council. The County Council are now responsible for issuing new passes, renewals and replacing lost passes.

Residents in Lincolnshire qualifying for a bus pass under the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme should apply to Lincolnshire County Council at: Concessionary Fares Team, City Hall, Lincoln, LN1 1DN or 01522 873700, telephone or on the County Council’s website.

Eligibility criteria for age eligible applicants and people with disabilities are detailed there. Application Forms and an information leaflet about the scheme are available from Libraries, Local District Council Offices, other key access centres and online on the County Council’s website.

  • Current bus passes issued by North Kesteven and other District Councils will remain valid until their expiry date.
  • Travel Tokens are no longer available.
