North Kesteven District Council is committed to providing a high standard of public health, safety, wellbeing , as well as administering revenue collection services throughout its area.

Regulatory Services undertake the following functions on behalf of the Council.

We are committed to a quality service, and responding to the needs, requests and suggestions of our customers.

As part of this, we regularly carry out surveys to see what residents and businesses say about our service, and we act on those comments.

We also consult with customers in planning our services.

In 2007 we received over 19000 service requests, and carried out over 2000 inspection visits, as well as administering billing to every property and business in the district.
