If you have a Council Tax, Business Rates, Parking Fine, or Invoice reference number, you can make a telephone payment using your credit or debit card.
Dial the telephone payments number 01529 308180 and please have your account/reference number and credit or debit card ready when you call and follow the instructions carefully. Please note, we are unable to accept payments using American Express; Diners or Electron Cards.
Please note that the service is unavailable between 4.45pm to 5pm every day.
Any queries regarding the automated payment facility can be made by phoning the main office telephone number 01529 414155. Select the option for ‘All other enquires’ to speak to a Customer Services Advisor during the Council’s office opening hours.
