A shared service was formed in June 2011 for Revenues and Benefits Services between City of Lincoln Council and North Kesteven District Council, to deliver improvements for customers and value for money. The shared service is hosted by City of Lincoln Council and therefore Revenues and Benefits work for the two partner authorities will be carried out by staff employed by City of Lincoln.
